Dinosaurs!

Otter Class have begun their new topic by becoming Archaeologists! They carefully uncovered real fossils and even made moving dinosaurs.


P.E. ‘Dancing Around the World’

In P.E., the children have been learning dances from different countries. So far, they have learnt Bhangra (from India), The Macarena (from Spain) and this week they learnt the Cha Cha Slide from America. Even Mrs Reeves-Costi came to join in the fun!

They will also have a ‘Dance Expert’ visiting soon…….

Father Christmas came to Otters Class!

The children in Otters Class must have be VERY good this year and worked extra hard with their learning, because a Father Christmas came to visit yesterday!

Visit to the RAF Museum

The children enjoyed their visit to the RAF Museum last week.
They acted out flying the Wright Brothers aeroplane which had to be steered by lying down!
There were lots of interesting aeroplanes throughout History to look at.The children learned about what materials were used to make aeroplanes, and how they use; lift, thrust, gravity and drag to fly.
