Fancy dress kind of week!
What an exciting week!
The children really enjoyed Purim day (Jewish celebration). They learnt about the Jewish victory over an ancient ruler and why is it celebrated. They all showed their outfits, made biscuits, created masks and boxes for their biscuits. The children chose a name of a peer to give their biscuit too as a gesture of kindness. They also retold the story in lower school assembly.
We also had World Book Day which was also great fun! All the children looked great.
The children have been writing like an Egyptian in History.
In maths they have been finding difference between different masses.
