First week after half term :)

This week in PSHCE, the children shared about their half term, and we discussed a little about how to stay safe and parents knowing where you are. 

In maths, the children learnt about learning how to find a fraction of an amount. For example, ½ of £14 or ¼ of £8 apples. 

In English, the children have been learning questions. They asked and answered each other’s questions and then went on to write their own. 

The children had a go at using charcoal in Art which they found quite challenging but tried very hard. 

In science, we recapped our learning about the circulation system and their muscles. 

Next Tuesday is Purim day which is a Jewish celebration – the children can dress up if they wish. There is no such theme – be as creative as you wish. World Book Day is also on Friday.
