The children have finished painting their balloons following their plans. The hot balloon is now hung up and looks stunning. The children can’t wait to take it to home at end of year 2!

In Art, the children have been learning how to draw faces using pencils and looking carefully in the mirror. They then learnt to mix skin tones using paint. Finally, the children used water colour pencils to add details to their faces, such as their eyes and hair.

The Moles class tested all kinds of magnets, how they attract or repel, North and South. They tested if North and North will attract or repel, the same goes to South and South. They both are repels, they tested North and South and they attracted to each other.
